Our Kitchen
Our culinary staff have over 100 years of combined experience and is headed by our Chef de Cuisine, Richard Johnston, known throughout the area for his unique take on classic French recipes. Every savory sauce and dressing is made from scratch, every filet of fresh fish is cut by hand, and every mouth-watering steak is carved and trimmed in-house.
